I've lived here for a year. It's been great, I love it. I locked myself out this morning before 8am. The office was closed but I found a maintenance person & they got me back in my apartment within 5 minutes!! Thank you for the fast response Canyon Country Villas!!

My kids and I absolutely love living here. Claudia, the assistant leasing manager is super helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. Every time Claudia creates a maintenance order she makes sure it gets done. The maintenance staff is so nice and they do get busy from time to time but they will make sure the service orders are handled and always with smiles and respectful. Evelyn, our new leasing office manager is very pleasant to speak with and I look forward to communicating with her in the future. My kids and I are very grateful for the community in my area and our neighbors kind of watch out for each other. I am a single Mom of 9 year old twins and having a somewhat close community is important to me. I recommend this place to all renters 100%.

Maintenance came over to our apartment promptly and performed the necessary requested maintenance. They were courteous and freindly and even replaced our air filter that was due for a new one without asking great service!
