been living here for years now estate has its pros and cons. You can meet greet neighbors here as well as neighbors who can be irresponsible as well. What I like about living here is the community has strict rules that helps keep the area clean and safe. My only issue is management at times can be unhelpful when it comes to community issues. At times it feels when calling them they are not informed on how to handle situations and can’t really offer solutions. It’s usually a response of okay thank you for your concern we’ll keep a note of it until something worse happens.
