YES. Technically, It is free with gas purchase but our clerks will generally let you have it free anyway. It is also very very cheap otherwise, 25c for 5 minute run. Always have been cheap, 25c for cash users.
Not really, We could give you one from our roll, even an envelope just in case you really need one asap. Post office is your better bet for mailing supplies :)
