I want to say thank you to Aide. I recently visited the leasing office and she provided a lot of information regarding the programs available there. I would have love to viewed a unit but I was on short time. But I look forward to meeting with her soon for a tour.

If you’re planning on moving here, don’t! They have the worst management ever!!! They’re a joke and so unprofessional. The first car, the Kia, was parked on Easter Sunday (in the red zone) blocking our garage, management has always encouraged us to call the towing company if this ever happens, I did. He never showed up. My fiancée waited over an hour outside in front of our own garage waiting for the person to come move their car. I had complained about it to Melanie at the management’s office of Riverpark. She said “ there’s nothing we can do, all you can do is call the tow truck”. A few days after, she blocks my garage with her own car (the grey civic). I knew it was her because I had asked maintenance if they knew who it belonged to and they had Melanie come out a few minutes after to move it. Isn’t it funny how you complain to someone about an inconvenience and they do it too? Two months later up to today, I come home and find maintenance blocking my garage. This is a never ending cycle. It is a nightmare to live here. Aside from that, within the four months of living here, I’ve experienced no hot water in my shower about 3-4 times now. When we first moved in, we had a squeaky door in the bathroom that wouldn’t properly close and also loose railing on the stairwell. We are good tenants that always pay on time and never bother our neighbors. I am excited to end my lease at the end of its period.

Hello, I just want to let everyone know that in my 30+ years of renting/buying homes this is THE WORST experience I have ever had! One person one day tells you that you are accepted then no less then a hour later someone tells you that you are declined. They send you paperwork to sign then immediately call you and tell you that you are declined. Not helpful at all. Do not explain things. Leave you hanging. THE WORST!!!!!!

They run a rental scam here. When you apply they charge a $250 fee that they say is refunded whether you are accepted or denied. Then they “cancel” your application and keep all your money. They got me for $390 and I never even got to look at a unit. Im just leaving a warning so other hardworking people don’t get ripped off by these crooks.
