Took a month to schedule an appointment, get measures and not receive a quote. Lost my file, my address and I am sure they lost the measurements. Spent $50K on my bathroom and would not let these guys near it with this type of coordination. Go elsewhere where they prioritize correctly.

I'm a licensed GC and owner of Puroserve Water Conditioning. I was remodeling a shower in my rental property in Newhall and decided to do a frameless shower door. Called the company I've used on past jobs in Hollywood and they said they were 3 weeks out. Found Valencia Custom shower doors online and talked to Stuart on the phone Thursday. Since Monday was Labor day we set up for Tuesday to measure for layout. He said if we agree on things Tuesday, he could install Thursday. Leo showed up right on time to measure Tuesday morning. He was pro and very personable. We agreed on details and he said they'd call me with schedule. I got a text Wednesday to confirm installation for Thursday. Another text at 10am on Thursday saying they were on the way. Two installers showed up, very cool guys, great attitudes and did a great job. 1/2" glass with brushed nickel hardware. 7' opening with a 28" door. These guys earned my business for any future projects. From start to finish they delivered!

This is a HUGE thank you to Devon (and his Team Member) along with their Customer Service department for their quick response, knowledge and expertise along with their professionalism in adjusting my already installed Dreamline Enigma shower door of which this shower door was previously installed incorrectly by another company. I am so thankful for Devon (and his Team Member) for their expertise, time and patience in explaining the problem & solution. Thank you both for adjusting my shower door and all for a reasonable cost.

Great customer service! They installed a framed door on our re-tiled shower in our older house. The installers and estimator were friendly and courteous. We did have some water leakage coming out under the door in a couple spots. They sent their guys out 3 times to fix it and the last fix appears to have solved the problem. I appreciate that they stood by their work. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a new shower door.
