Great help for those with no medical insurance.I was under their care for 5 years or more because I couldn't work and the only problem I had was with the Dentist they dont provide that care but its the only problem. I even had Gall bladder surgery and they paid for everything. I didn't pay a dime and Med Assist pays for all your meds.

I went to this locations for some labs. My appointment was at 9am and I was waiting for 40mins. They finally called me at 9:40am and the lady that was in charge of the labs was extremely rude. I can tell she doesn't like her job. She told me to sit down and then she said that they needed some urine samples. She told her other coworker to show me where the restroom was and that lady didn't even acknowledge my presence. She just said "there." After I was done with that, they needed to take blood samples. I sat down again and the lady that took my blood didn't even tell me what she was doing. She didn't say "okay, now I'm going to take some blood for your labs" or anything at all. She was very harsh when taking out blood and I was physically in pain. She didn't even apologize or even acknowledge how I was feeling. This is my first time here and I can tell that mostly all of the staff there hate there job. That's not my fault. I don't feel comfortable coming here again. *I also want to add that before entering this CareRing office, I had to call a specific number and answer some questions relating to COVID. I had to do this before even coming into the office. The receptionist was letting some people inside the office and asking the COVID questions. What's the point of having ONLY some people call and answer you questions outside the office and then choosing who can come in??? Doesn't even make sense.

Questions & Answers

Is there a drop box for applications?

No you have to go in they are opened Mon-Fri. 9-5 and they close for lunch between12-2 so go before 12 and after 2. I think its still 50.00 to see a Dr there and the application fee is 25.00 or 35.00 but if you do med assist the scripts are free. I get meds that are 300.00 for free.
