Sent some packages through Parcel ground for some business, and was very well handled and updated along its journey. Its actually kind of amazing how this system works - ive had my grievances before, but man From the Mitten of michigan, to seattle in just a couple days. hand delivered to the person i needed it to be - all while getting THOUSANDS of others done as well. Like clock work. BEAUITUFL

I arrive and a dirty traffic cone blocks the right door. I guess this is how the federal government communicates”please use the other door.” Inside, the line is wrapped around to the door, with 2 of 4 registers in use. The third visible employee is sweeping the floor. It is 3pm on a weekday. An employee announces that a digital machine can handle certain transactions but not others, then a person in line informs us all that the machine isn’t working properly.

Though we have only used the "Drop Box" outside,.. We would think a Government Office would know "Federal Descriptions". IE,.. Service Animals ARE NOT PETS !!! ...and Yes,.. we did point this out ... though still not corrected Just READ the sign on the front door
