Very rude asian staff member in the waiting area, wearing no uniform or ID, who yelled at me about how I should ship my item. He was hassling customers who were in line, demanding they use the machine instead of going to the counter. The counter staff was professional and accepted my item though.

Visited this office to send my passport out for renewal. It required some extra handling like return tracking and a return envelope with extra stamps. The black lady (sorry that I didn’t remember your name) was super professional, explained everything crystal clear. She clearly handled this before and I felt cared and welcomed. Thank you:)

Always long lines and very slow service at this post office, even if you are just picking up a package you have to stand in line and wait for someone at the counter. There used to be someone at the side window that would help with those things, but I haven’t seen that in a while.
