I currently have a rented vehicle and it is excellent. My criticism is that the customer service was super slow, few staff and they took too long with each person. Although they treated us cordially.

I never get the cars I reserve online. They always put me in what ever they have available at the moment it doesn't matter if I reserve it way in advance. My rental did not have no mats on the floor and their was something wrong with the front suspension. I couldnt swap the rental out because there was nothing available in the area. I returned the car after hours exactly at 3:30, drop off was at 12pm the office was closed, they close at 12pm on the weekends, so I left the car on the lot and they charged me an additional day. The employee said there was no telling when I returned the car but I'm pretty positive they have cameras on their lot. I was told to make sure I return the car with a half a tank of gass, I returned it with a full tank and Im not being reinbursed for that. I would not recommend this location.

Due to new health and safety standards for the Covid-19 pandemic, no they do not.
Don't forget u need to have full coverage insurance... u need it in some cases... when u rent.. 21 up
