Menu prices are wildly inaccurate. Check your order at pick up as they often forget items ordered and paid for (even if they assure you they are in the bag-they are not). Will charge more for extras, fine, but then not add extra. Will offer that you may pick up food for free...no its not free, i already paid for it. Food is decent but not worth the price or hassle that comes with ordering there %90 of the time.

Consistently does not put food in the bag. Check at restaurant, the order is never correct. They have poor customer service when you tell them they have messed up order.

Underwhelmed and extremely disappointed. The short ribs were trash! Why would you even serve them extra charred/burnt? Not appealing at all. Just know, the next time I'm in Springfield, you owe me a do over. On a side note...the fried rice and chicken wings were edible, hence the 2 stars.

I don't know if they serve lobster. I suggest giving them a calling ahead to make sure it is a favorable visit.
There's no indoor dining currently, but they do have a delicious lunch/dinner menu for which they offer pickup at the door thru a glass opening or delivery service.

No they don't but call them and they will give you the number for (Delivery Express) that is a delivery service for local Restaurants.
