Better to take the bus or train and save the headache of pricey parking and congusted streets.

There is not Aquarium only parking to my knowledge but there are private and public parking lots all around. 2 things to remember, bring plenty of cash for parking(to avoid using your card), it is fairly expensive and look up review's for the lots prior to traveling (if possible).
