I was there last week and I think the construction detracts from the experience. You may or may not be able to go outside. The restaurant won't reopen until sometime in June.
I was told that the construction will be done by the end of summer. But you can go and see some areas. Others are closed. I went at 7.30pm ish and saw both day and sunset.
I did not think it was worth $28 to go up for 30 min. Parts were closed for renovations.
I was there last week. We were told 4 to 6 weeks for completion of the observation deck. Not sure about the restaurant.
Nobody knows when renovations be done?
From 10am to 6pm. Note that sections of it are closed for renovations. May not be the top place to visit on your honey moon. Recommend going to large ferris wheel
