There are two big pakring lots near the pop culture museum. I found one with 2 hours rate more reasonable, but there were a lot of free space on both.
We used the public parking garage at 5th & Harrison just 2 days ago. Very short walk

There is a parking lot behind the MoPop museum, or you can park at the Bill & Melinda Gates foundation across the street
