How late is the restaurant open

Not actually a restaurant more like a concession stand the actual restaurant is being remodeled right now

The restaurant that used to be up there is now closed and has been converted into a rotating viewing platform with a glass floor.

Yeah, it's not a restaurant it's a cafe stand. Snacks and drinks are all you're going to get.
