I believe on some. Not on all. Check out Closed Canyon Trail. I know that is one.

Dogs are ONLY allowed at your immediate campsite and on the HooDoos Trail and Closed Canyon Trail. All dogs must be on a 6 foot leash at all times. As someone who treks out there annually with dogs, bring a half gallon of water for each dog for each trail and make sure they have boots on. Mesquite thorns, scorpions and sharp rocks and just the heat on the sand can seriously injure pads.
