The RV sites have a good amount of spacing, on average. The tent sites are on top of one another at the lakeside campground and more spaces out at the little red tent area.
The camping spaces are scattered throughout the park, not all in one area. When we were there I didn't notice any loud people or excessive music or anything. It would be a nice park to camp, just be cautious of the bison and cats in the area.
Some sites are pretty close, like maybe they intended for groups to reserve them, while others have a decent amount of trees and distance between them. We camped during the week in the middle of February, so there were very few people there, let alone noisy ones.
