Yes the park is open during covid. My advise would be to check the park website or texas parks and wildlife. Yes the park is open, but in lieu of the winter storm some areas are closed. We went valentine's weekend. They also post updates on various social media. They are also vaccinating the bison here,so they were not openly roaming. Beautiful scenery friendly staff.
I was up there for hiking last week and it was closed. The trails along the highway are open tho
