Not unless you have a booster. If you're by the store you'll get some reception depending on the number of devices trying to use it. If you have a data plan on your phone it should still work at your campsite. I have a straight talk ZTE and didn't experience issues with loading websites. No guarantee on movies.
Yes the park itself is under complete wifi and half the beach receives a good connection as well!!
