Perfect for a stop over during any trip. Clean rooms, updated finishes, friendly owners. We are on the way to stay another night on our way home. Simple phone call and we are set for the Night. We will stay again. Price is great!

A nicely updated “motor court” bringing back nostalgic memories of childhood beach trips but with air conditioning! The room was quiet even though we were near the road. Within walking distance of old St. Augustine via walking the Lion Bridge. Great value!

Perfect location, impeccably clean, fantastic price. You can tell that the owner, Sam, takes a lot of pride in his business and offering exceptional customer service to his guests. The property was well cared for, the rooms were spotless, the beds were comfortable, and there are several great eatery's and bars within a 2 minute walk. We requested more towels and they were brought to our room, still warm from the dryer, in minutes. We walked over the bridge to and from downtown both nights and it only took us 10 minutes each way. No need to uber! My husband and I stay in St. Augustine all the time and we have yet to encounter the kind of quality we found here. We will be making this Inn our go-to spot. Also, Sam said he can give the best price if you book directly with them, so definitely call to make that reservation! Thanks again for an amazing stay!

Room was ready for us upon check-in which was a breeze because of the friendly staff. The room was clean with ample amenities, such as a big refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower! Location was convenient to the Amphitheater and Historic district via a short walk over the bridge nearby. The only complaint we had was the light bleed in around the curtains made for a very bright room at night, not a good night's sleep for someone like myself who needs total darkness to sleep well.
