The rooms are large & very comfortable! Carpet looks new! The hallways & room look & smell very clean! Front desk person was very pleasant! Location is awesome! It's a very short walk to the beach! Loved & very much enjoyed our stay!

Worst hotel we have ever stayed. Spent $425 a night for a room with a balcony that had a view of a dumpster. Curtains in the room don’t close and all night the parking lot lights shine right in your face. Construction starts at 830 so no sleeping in. Not to mention that sun comes up and lights the room up because the curtains don’t close. Forget about customer service. This place gets so much influx they don’t have to worry about being pleasant to people an accommodating guests. Not to mention this was our wedding night and nothing was done for us. We made the best of it spending most of our time at an air bnb down the road that cost the same price we paid per night and this was a 3 bedroom house with an enclosed backyard. Over all we had a great weekend but no thanks to this hotel. All of our guest that stayed here had a bad experience. No one was happy with it. Do yourself and family a favor and book an air bnb. You will have a much better experience.

Staff and management were very friendly. Room was very nice except for pillows, which were all foam. For price paid hotel should provide other options. We were told the room had a partial ocean view due to a condo between the hotel and the water. There were several buildings plus utility wires in the way and only a couple of small slivers of the ocean should be seen. The room description should be modified to clarify that only small glimpses of the water can be seen with multiple buildings in the way.

Positive: Great location! Spacious room. Negative: The room was a bit dirty - debris on the floor, hairs on the towels and bed. Housekeeping during our stay was pretty lack luster. We had to ask for additional towels at the front desk. Wish they had vacuumed a bit better.
