The staff was exceptional. Especially John the bellman/valet gentleman & the concierge (not sure of her name however know she's been with the hotel a long time). Both were extremely helpful. Also the bellman that delivered our luggage to our room. Everyone ensured we were comfortable & helped us navigate around the area. Duke our dog was very happy with all the attention he received. The rooms are a bit dated but quite confortable.

I gave it two stars because the staff was friendly but my room smelled like dog urine, the ac wasn't cool, the TV didn't work( they did send someone to fix it) and the room was a little dirty. The food was not good. My co-worker stayed in a room next to me and her room was better. The lobby was cute.

My gosh was that great. May be the fact that the magical wedding of my best friend made me soo happy, but what a hotel. Amazing staff, soo helpfully and polite. Above and beyond. Didn't try the food, a bit pricey for me. Decor is a bit outdated, overall great. And Jay. What a guy!! Worthy of a promotion that matches his abilities. 5 stars.

Gorgeous hotel with an amazing staff, but it feels like it hasn't been updated in a while. Maybe they just don't know about the issues I experienced because of how small the issues are. My TV had vertical lines through the picture. I also went looking for a vending machine during my last night (tonight) and found one on my floor (4). It said it was cash only, so I tried to pay with cash and it didn't even try to take the money and my dollar was crisp, so I went to other floors and couldn't find a single other vending machine. I eventually went to the front desk to buy a drink and had a very pleasant experience. Any time I interacted with staff directly or indirectly it was always great. In addition to the front desk staff being awesome, the housekeeping staff also were extremely on top of it. I came back one afternoon to find my room was completely restocked on tea and coffee. I also found my toothbrush, toothpaste and deodorant neatly placed on a clean washrag, which was a thoughtful touch. I believe that this place is a wonderful place to stay despite the tiny issues because of the amazing people they have hired and I highly recommend staying here. I have full faith that they will likely fix the issues I experienced in time for your stay because that is the type of staff they have. 5/5
