Our family has been vacationing in St. Augustine for over 20 years. When we got to St. Augustine Resort our unit was filthy and the counters were sticky. I had to wipe everything down only to discover there were roaches in our unit. We checked out. The place needs renovations and an exterminator. So sad!

We just got here. No sheets. No toilet paper. No soap. Dirty dishes in the kitchen. Hole in the carpet. Broken lamps in bedroom. Vertical blind lying across bed. Called the emergency number and she couldn’t get ahold of the manager on call and told to do the best we could for the night. Had to go buy sheets because the mattress pad had stains and hair on it. Had to buy toilet paper and soap. We are timeshare holders with west gate. And did exchange with interval international. I will be contacting everyone I can to complain. If I could give a negative 10 I would. This is unacceptable!!

I bought my timeshare in 1983 and still has the same furniture, mattresses and blinds. Wow! Chairs are broken and air conditioning is not cold and more! Too sad! Maybe.. they should sell. Great location.

No hair dryers. No beach towels. Chairs and umbrellas can be rented from independent parties
Most units have parking, tightly, for two vehicles. If you need extra space, try some overflow spaces like the mailboxes at the main gate by the pond. It would be best to call the office and ask if there is an empty unit nearby that you could park guest at. If you're a timeshare owner or renter, and the guest are staying overnight or longer, be sure to get a tag for their window.

Check in at the front office for a parking pass, you'll need the gate code, the units are split up in pods, look for the pod with your #, don't park in a spot numbered for another unit, other guest will get upset...
