Before coming to store, I called to store check to check whether they have the item or not, Some of your employees answered and kept on hold for 2 minutes and she told me, that she has available.. I drive 20 miles to pick up, now they say they don’t carry, at all. Why to lie.. if you don’t. Have products.. so in professional.. when I ask the same person on call, I can recognize voice the employee answer call and says I am not the one who says .. you spoke to me, I give call some other employee she left.. I don’t want she answered.. Really unprofessional way of Doing business.. making to travel 20 miles..
