Kind of a drag. Would have been a lot less time to order online; the phone ended up shipping anyway. The guy I worked with did not know about a promotion I was entitled to, if I had not seen a TV commercial about it, I would have lost out. That meant a second trip to the store to get the promo I should have been offered on the first trip.

That was the worst day because 1 month ago I went there and ask some questions about my post paid SIM card and told the guy please don’t activate my SIM card now and after one month I realized that he didn’t pay attention and they charge me $68 for SIM card that I didn’t use it! 2) I wanted to order an Apple Watch 7 and any time I was there they told me different offers and before make sure that can order it, they charge me for line$30 then found out they can’t ordered it so I have to waist my time to refund my money!
