I want to share my experience on my last online order. I bought a minisplit A/C. which got delayed 1 week. I actually didn't mind waiting. It bothered me that they gave me an inaccurate arrival date. Then on the day for pick up, the made me wait over 1 hour to receive the product because from customer service department they asked me to go to pro services, then made me wait because they were getting my order, but after a long wait they came back just to say I had to go back over customer service department and then wait again because customer department wasn't able to find my order. This review is meant to call out the this particular store, it needs training, and the online department needs to give accurate arrival dates.

Easy to find but it took a little longer to get some help from the tile department staff. Staff gave the runaround looking for help with lifting a heavy boxes with a few broken tiles that needed to be replaced. But all in all, staff was friendly and helpful.

Friendly helpful staff. Decent prices. They don't always have what I need. Even when their website says they gave an item it may not actually be in the store. You can order items online and pick them up at the store. Good return or exchange policy.

This is my favorite Home Depot, good service, faster lines, and they always have the parts I need for various home improvement projects.
