This insurance is trash I curently have 2 claims that are taking for ever to get done and they are not reaching out to me when I say so I have been trying to contact my adjuster for one of my claim which was estimated very low my adjuster is Kar Smith which is delaying my claim I have been waiting over a month for a payment I am calling geico and requesting managers which are not responding to me or never getting back with me I don't recommend geico the worst insurance ever

I had insurance with geico, this is what they are doing to hard working customers. I was on a policy for 6 months.Paid it off in 5 months, the 5th month they changed my policy. Saying my new policy was supposed to start on this month. Then restarted my plan on the month I was off. Saying because I was on auto pay it does that. Eventually they are trying to get you to pay extra,and they are running a scam to steal money from you.

Terrible place to work. They cut your insurance off the same day you leave. They don’t accept 2 week notices apparently, so be careful. I don’t think that’s right at all. Get everything in writing.

After being 7 years loyalty customers paid and time everything i was ok I missed one payment i was at the hospital my insurance get canceled I try to call to make payment the said i have to pay 6 months on advanced to reactivate my insurance almost 800 dlls upfront The lady from customers services said if you don't have the money probably you need to get other providers After 7 years is the worst humiliation experience the i never have Horrible customers services My advice stay four four o way from Geico 7 years loyalty the no even career The don't care about the customers
