I was having fan trouble with my ac unit and I was fairly sure it was a capacitor that needed replacement. I also wanted an inspection to make sure nothing in the unit was leaking. After contacting this company, they were able to send out a technician the same day. Dan (our service tech) was very professional and courteous and explained everything to me in detail at each step of the process. He was able to solve our issues (it was the capacitor as suspected and he was able to replace it with components he had on hand) and he conducted a thorough inspection as well. I appreciated Dan's professionalism and obvious expertise with these issues and will definitely call him again if we have any issues in the future. Thank you for the help.

Ez Breezy showed up on time, always kept me posted as to who the technician would be and when he would arrive. Their representative, Dina, quoted me thousands of dollars less for a mini split than a well known company I had been using for years. The quote was for the exact same system, with the exact same warranty. It was very important to have the system installed on the day we agreed upon and when they went to pick up the unit, they discovered it was damaged. Ed, the owner personally drove three hours in order to bring an undamaged unit. Anton and Vlad who installed it were efficient, professional and friendly. It was done in less time than they estimated and this included dismantling my old system and taking all the parts down through a small hole from the attic crawl space.
