Went through the drive thru and there was miscommunication based on what I ordered. Went inside to get it fixed. Needless to say Veronica gave me exceptional customer service. She listened to my needs and delivered. She was so friendly and nice! This is incredibly hard to find these days. I am also in the food industry and understand the issues that happen between the customer and the employee on a day to day basis. KFC is very lucky to have you running there facility. Thank you so much for making my night! You have your self a life long customer!

As it has been for my whole life that I can remember and I am 56 years old. Comfort food and consistency how everyone should be. I would like to add that so far KFC has not jumped onto the reach into my wallet to take all my money out game like most food places have. Still affordable for you to feed a family of 4 to 6. Thank you KFC.
