Hi Carl, We are growing Summer Top, Tasty Green, and Suyo Long this year. They would be similar in a skinny cucumber but more like a 7-10" fruit. We use Jack's fertilizer to feed our plants here at Countryside. If using properly, to grow your plants, you should be fine. We don't recommend your animals drink the fertilizer and anything you grow that you might feed to a horse or a cow you need to be careful with. For more information please check with the manufacturer.

Hi June, We do have stone ducks, geese and chickens. We have resin robins and finches that chirp - motion detected with a battery - because of the battery, you would want to keep them in a more protected area. And no eggs. I hope that helps.
