I’ve been renting from this location for over four years now, usually every other week with exception of 2020. For the most part the customer service has always been great. Since the last manager Clinton left the customer service has gone downhill. I cringe every time I go to pick up a car from the Poway Enterprise. The car I reserve is almost never ready. I usually have to wait for a return and/or for it to be washed. To make matters worse they say “We can get you in one of these cars for a small upgrade fee.” How about have the car I reserved available and ready to go and if that’s not possible, offer decent customer service and upgrade me at no cost to me. I could understand if it was every now and then but it is every time. I chose this location because with was close to my house and the customer service was always great. Now it reminds me of some poor quality used car lot where they make their money nickel and diming people. Rent from the airport, there’s no hassle and you’re in and out. You will pay a little more but I think it’s worth it.

The Poway, Ca location has very great customer service, which is the utmost important. The staff is extremely kind, and quick about checking you in and out. We have ran into issues getting the exact type of car we reserved, and not enough to chose from though. However, they are quick to resolve it. They upgraded us to a better car, and took a day off the rental to make it right. This weekend, we experienced this, they had another location nearby bring a vehicle we were comfortable with, and was upgraded so that was awesome. The cars are always clean! I will contunue to use them, like I said the customer service is awesome.
