Worst experience ever! Just go to Apple!! They’ll take your $300 send you out knowing your phones going to break in about 14 days! Took my iPhone 11 Pro to get the screen / camera fixed. They let me know my face recognition wouldn’t work once fixed however they didn’t tell me until after it was fixed and I was paying that they detected water damage, nor did they tell me bc of that the phone could not work after screen replaced. When I called today tho she made sure to let me know that happens to most customers but not all! 2.5 wks later screens all black & woman says it’s because of the water damage & they tell me to go to Apple! Apple says the phone still works and tell them to put the old screen back on so Apple wouldn’t have to charge. Mind you my phone still vibrates rings, just has a black screen, she also admitted this happens with water damaged phones and sometimes they choose not to work on them but ofc still worked on mine without calling or giving me the option to say no. You need to let people know you detecting water also means the phone could go out when you fix it & give them the option on if they want that!I I would def rather have a cracked screen then phone that doesn’t work! Great service, quick repair. I called on a Monday afternoon to inquire about fixing my iPhone 6S Plus - they ordered the replacement part during the call. Called me the next day to say part was in, and it would take 1-hour to repair. Very polite, quick to intake the phone, and repair was done in 45-minutes.

Ya know everybody at Sprint carries an Android. You bought a device that locks you out. Wefiix can re-set it. If your device is not backed up, you"ll be out the data. I'd wrangle wth Apple Care on the phone. They can "inlock your cloud by your ID proof. Nobody else can. "unlock" that vault they forced you to put your data!m If you downloaded a Google app through the Appstore, you can use those apps on a Chromebook or an Android device (comimg out with laptops soon) You "choose" your security on Android tablets. If you've purchased YouTubeRed, it will be free to use it on any device. I have an iPhone & an Android. I dislike my iPhone. I like AI, not Apple. Apple ppl don't know tech or need to know tech. Nor can they use their phones for anything more than a dumb phone. Aplles that buy Droids never go back. a Xroid is your gtiend. Your extra btain.

They can dry it, replace parts. Most water damage marks are false positives (seems to be a way to invalidate a warantee?) But Wefiix is better than Samsyng in my educated opinion. Most phones are sealed & up water resistant, even if open. And a fan helps. AC helps. Anything can be fixed but a mostly destroyed phone like fire damage. So back everything. Your pdfs, pics, docs audios videos too. Gmail or Google Google Drive if not a PC. I preach what I need to know. I try to Sync, etc…
