Took my Samsung Galaxy note 8 to them to get battery replaced. A few days later I had water splash on the phone while it was in my pants. I took the phone out of its case to check and dry. As I did so the back compartment just came off. The Samsung galaxy note 8 is one of the best phones as far as water resistance. Water got into my phone because when this shop replaced the battery they didn’t seal the rear compartment properly. My phone is ruined totally. I won’t ever trust them again.

Stay Away!!! I took my iPhone 10 max in to replace the screen with a few pixel lines out. It was still functional . I was given a quote of $180. I remembered paying a lot less since I just replaced the screen by them a few months before. I asked them to look up the previous price I paid and the gentleman said there were no records. I ended up going forward. They replaced it with a damaged burnt screen since they had to order a new one. I declined taking it until the new one came in. Later that day I found my CC statement that showed I paid $120. I called them to cancel the install and place my original screen back on. They agreed they would and asked me to pick it up. This is what they ended up giving me and stated they threw away the original aka probably sold it to someone else. They screen does not work and fell off from the back of the phone. I currently told them to hold onto it until they get a screen comparable to the one I turned in.

I called and spoke with an employee, who said they'd need to have my iPad for a couple of hours to repair the screen. That turned out to be an accurate estimate: when I showed up to pick it up two hours after dropping it off, it was ready. The repairman, who was very pleasant, installed a protective tempered glass screen protector as well.
