I just had gone to this location to browse the store because I had some extra bucks to spend. Needless to say I got through the stores fast as I possibly could because this security guard followed me from the second I walked in the store all the way around the store and he treated me like I was going to steal and just assumed it because I'm a younger person that that's what I would do. And there is no assumption on my end it is a factual statement when I say he singled me out over anybody else in the store and I became so upset that I left. I understand the need for a security guard especially in the area this store is located, however, I should not be the only one singled out of that entire store when there was at least 30 to 40 people in that store tonight. I think it's ridiculous and it's not okay and I'm extremely upset. Ridiculous treatment!

The pharmacy is needs more staff and new leadership. They don't answer the phone except to hang up on people who have been waiting for a long time. When you're in the store, the pharmacy won't acknowledge you while you wait. No smiles, no eye contact. It takes hours to accomplish what other places do in minutes.

came in at 9:30 this morning trying to get my prescriptions transferred over from walgreens. The pharmacist was friendly and accommodating. updated my info and took the number. He assured me the transfer should be complete within a couple of hours and my prescriptions would be ready by 5. I attempted to call the pharmacy to check on my prescriptions and I was put on hold for an hour and then hung up on. Frustrated, I drive down to the pharmacy to pick up, because it is now two hours past the time I was told my prescriptions would be ready. I get to the line and the pharmacist tells me there’s nothing in their system indicating I have anything to pick up. Turns out the pharmacist never called to have my prescriptions transferred and if their incompetent employees would pick up the phone I wouldn’t have had to drive out, waste gas and time, just to be told someone couldn’t do their job. I have been trying to pick this prescription up for a week now. A week.

Well i do and cvs in Massachusetts is refusing to fill it they say its a narcotic and they wont do it. When i need it for mu chronic pain and my dr just gave me the script today when i was discharged what can i do??
Most definatly. Then send receipt to your insurance for they're repayment to you.
