I need to give them 2 stars because the staff is really good, is clean. Was a surprise for me the denial to fill out a form for my mon Dolores Matos, because the doctor was good and I think they care. I got another forms for 11 days, we still waiting. I call corporate, they answer and send me to a answering service. I'm really disappoint, my mon is 88 years old in need of services this forms will suply and they know that. At this point I feel like they don't care about her and denied a care she needs.
