I thought I was wrong with this first consultation...it wasn't even the same doctor who treated me, it was a nurse...I had to give thousands of questions as a complete interrogation of my life and my ancestors, uff horrible...if I could solve my problem of internal bleeding no! Nor internal medicine! If they recommend medicine they tell you to buy it at Walmart!! What does that tell you? Lack of professionalism and I continue with the problem! The state of Florida should take away their license as a clinic and everything! I do not recommend them at all

The worst service ever. The girl at the desk was RUDE barely gave me any information or tried to explain anything. I sat in the waiting room for a long time even though I made an appointment over the phone with someone that said they can help me with what I needed done. The girl ended up telling me it can’t be done so I walked out. Not professional at all.

Listen to the other reviews. Worst place to go to, literally a scam. And no one try’s to resolve issues, they call a physical a doctor coming in and looking at you thats it thats your physical. I went to to an actual physical in a proper doctors office later in the week were I was actually EXAMINED. Joints were checked and all made sure To check off all my paperwork. Paid to just go into a room and get told I couldn’t get a physical done that day but STILL get charged for a physical, .best bet is to NOT go here. Surprised it’s even running with all the horrible staff.

Absolute worst experience I’ve had in a doctors office. I went in with feminine concerns. They drew blood for tests, asked me to come back for results (of course charging for another visit) just for me to find they never even tested for what they were supposed to. The answer they gave me (which was useless) cost me extra money in labs. They wanted to draw more blood to do the correct testing (which would cost me AGAIN for new lab work and another visit to get those results) which I declined since they were obviously incompetent the first time. They also had in their charts that I was breast feeding… My youngest child is 13 years old and I definitely never listed that I was breast feeding. How that misinformation got in my chart is beyond me, but again, it just proves how incompetent this office is. Dr. Brenda (who was the second doctor to see me so she could share my lab results / not the doctor who saw me for my first visit and ordered the blood test) admitted what I was tested for was pretty useless and offered to take over as my doctor and have the correct tests done. She seemed kind and understanding but unfortunately, I’d seen enough to know I’ll never set foot in that place again. For your own safety and sanity, do not waste your time or money going there. It almost seems like a scam that this place exists.
