That's 16 years!!!!..I never heard of a lifetime warranty on window seals. Even from Anderson...you should move on

Bought a house full of windows from D & W 19 years ago. This last winter I had 3 seals go bad. I called them & they replaced the seals & glass, no problem at all. The whole process took maybe 2 weeks.
I don't think so I haven't seen any. But they may be able to order some

We do not do the egress part of the window, find someone to dig the area out and cut the hole in your basement and we can put a window in there for you.
They tried to sell me old used flappy windows laat time i was there.. i couldnt believe it.
Agree with Rainwaters Organic Herbs...quality windows at good prices and I had a great experience with service after the install. Had an issue with one of the sills and they took care of it with a smile and promptly too.
My salesperson was working on something similar when they did mine, so I would say yes. And, I am very satisfied with the work they did for me, as a side note. :-)
