Seals went out patio sliders doors. I called D&w they wont warranty them.We had house built 2002 the contractor who built our house had installed, House full of windows.Icalled c&l ward.They cover their window seal warranty.D and W lied.Moving on.

That's 16 years!!!!..I never heard of a lifetime warranty on window seals. Even from Anderson...you should move on

I have had D W windows for 12 years and my windows are garanteed for the life of my home. My Bay window seal broke, I called them and within a week they came and put in a new window. They call me periodically to see if everything is good. I recommended these to 3 other people and they are very happy with their purchase. I would definitely recommend D&W. Also these windows are made right in Fenton.

Not surprised for $10,700 we can't even get our windows that D&W custom made ( up to 2.5 inches to small) to fit correctly and they were only installed less 2 weeks ago.
