Agree with Rainwaters Organic Herbs...quality windows at good prices and I had a great experience with service after the install. Had an issue with one of the sills and they took care of it with a smile and promptly too.
I would call them direct and ask for a manager....my experience has been great. I have been building for 30 years...these are good windows.
Wish we would have never purchased windows from D&W, they are not a reputable company they made 12 of our 14 windows way to small and just filled the surrounding areas with spray foam and caulk, have spoken with several people at D&W and so far all they have done is threaten to send us to collections and place a lein on our home for having the nerve to ask them to build them correctly.
I've had my screens for 12 years and they are still in great condition. Whenever I have had a problem, I have called them and they have gotten right back to me. I don't believe it when you say there windows are junk.
I'd call Derrick in the office, Ive worked on the glass line for 14 . These are good windows just time to time have there are flaws , just lime everything in life.but they will fix them if you call up here. But ask for the service guy named Steve , very nice guy and experienced.
