I loved this place at first, but it has gone down hill. The staff seems pretty nice and I do like the fact that everything is in walking distance. But Our elevators are constantly breaking down (like last week we only had one working elevator) , our bridge, the main access to the main parking lot, has been out for years so my elderly neighbors have to go all the way around to get in. We used to have a ton of activities like crafts, karaoke, parties, guests, and trips to stores and other outings. We don't have that anymore. The only thing really that keeps me here is my family and the fact that I cannot afford to move

I just got back from picking up my mentally challenged brother from Lockwood where he has been standing outside for the last two hours, freezing. Out of the whole building who all came down to their warm lobby. My brother was the only one they made wait outside. This has been going on for quite some time. They have been trying to get him Kicked out because of them simply not liking him. He’s never done anything to anyone there or who works there. They take advantage of him, steal from him, and just three days ago he was beat so bad he went into a grand mal seizure then to the hospital for overnight. It’s gotten so bad not just with him but the whole establishment is going to Be kidding closely looked into. The police are aware, and it’s gone as far as the State Representative of Michigan is personally getting involved.
