PANIC!!! In the middle of a huge job my iMac froze and did not reboot - half way frozen progress bar. I tried all the Apple tips, Command + R, reboot, safe mode, P RAM reset ... nothing. Thank goodness I have everything saved in Dropbox and iCloud, but the timing was awful... of course. It always is. I found Kyle through Google search and saw so many positive reviews, so I decided to call him. I got him on the phone right away, he told me to relax and he can help. I dropped off my iMac and within one day he fixed everything, on top he installed more RAM, so now it is even faster! I just can't say enough about Kyle, FAST, LOW COST, AWESOME.... I don't like the word cheap, because he is GREAT! Thank you Kyle.

Kyle was very quick to diagnose the problem with my gaming PC, he was very knowledgeable, communicated often and quickly, was more than fair with his prices, and honest about his capabilities. While I hope to never need computer repairs again, I won't hesitate to call Kyle first! Highly recommend.

I brought my old Dell Desktop in today that would not start. I thought it was toast. Kyle not only fixed it immediately and got it back to me the same day but also upgraded my RAM and made my relic lightning fast. He also took the time to clue me in that my machine is actually very good and will be for a long time. He also upgraded my software. Wow!
