I just love the ambience and the vibe here. Margaritas are very flavorful but not very strong - so depending on your preference you may need an extra shot. The chips are delicious - really really delicious. The food is very authentic and flavorful. Tasted light and healthy! Overall an excellent experience. Found out you can even pick up Margaritas and chips and salsa to have at home for an event! Can't wait to bring other friends to Plata!

We ordered the ceviche and it tasted fishy. Sent it back and tried another appetizer. It was just ok. The chips and salsa were good. Margarita was good. The tacos were ok. The bartender seemed like she just wanted to get out of there on a Friday night. She didn't seem very genuine and didn't really standout service wise. I'll try this place again, because everyone gets a second chance. Hopefully it will be better next time.

Unique Experience. I felt like I was on vacation. The food was not your typical Mexican food (which I like also). We had the lamb shank and a three plate of tacos. Both were great! I came for the chips which didn't disappoint - warm to the table with great salsa. The service was really good also. The entire mall was very busy and parking was a real problem. We will be back. FUN.
