Not sure what's going on w/ this PO. Let me say, never had issues w/ the PO in the other city I moved from. Yes there's a pandemic, but seems like they're just not delivering. Two issues: first, I was expecting a package (nothing important that needs a signature like a cell phone), but got a stupid Form 3849. I don't think the pkg. was large, and I have a mailbox in the community. The other day, someone else's mailbox was open b/c so much was crammed into it, it popped open. So, why is it not deliverable, & you can't leave it at the door? After scheduling a redelivery online, per the form's instructions, they still haven't delivered the package! So ok, I fill out the paper version, leave it, check the box at end of day - nothing. What gives?! Second; I schedule a pickup for a package I'm shipping in another app, get a conf. #. Did USPS pick up the package? NO. Had to resort to using the lobby pkg. drop. Now I have to wait until after 10 am to call to figure out what's up. People have to work too & can't be messing w/ this stuff at work constantly. Just be reliable, yeesh! Thanks a lot DeJoy, you didn't do the USPS any favors!!!

I love the staff here! Surprised by the bad reviews, I’ve always been helped quickly and efficiently by the same friendly staff every time. Love this branch, and picked my P.O. Box here specially because of it.

Absolutely horrible service. We never receive our mail in a timely manner at our business park. I am not sire if the Agoura office just sits on the mail, but it should not take 10 business days to receive mail delivered within the state of California. Not to mention that yesterday out mail carrier switched everyones mail around. Not one unit in our business park received their own mail. The post office in Sun Valley is better, and that should say something. This is not a tough job people!
