This was the best customer service I’ve received in a very long time! I was in from out of town to have surgery. The night before my procedure my doctor realized one portion of my blood work had not been tested. It was 4pm and every lab was closed. I was going to have to cancel my surgery without the blood work. AFC took me in immediately and completed the tests needed. Also, when the staff realized the out of pocket cost they offered to find a way to reduce it. They thought it was too high for one test. Without me even mentioning the cost they lowered it by $100! I don’t know her name but the female African American nurse was so helpful and so sweet! The staff that drew my blood were so friendly and accommodating. They had my results in 20 minutes and all was ready to go for surgery. Every person there was so nice and welcoming. I have never been to an urgent care that was so nice to me and so efficient, especially at the last minute. It was like they really cared about me. You just don’t find that these days. Everything was perfect.

Clean and professional. Fast service and the wait line is not too long. Try not to come to urgent care unless you really have urgent care needed. Stay safe.

I was disappointed that when I arrived for a pre-travel covid antigen test I was told that my records had been "lost" and I would have to register again. The first person who attended me was very sharp in the way she spoke and her questions came so quickly I was flustered and stressed - in an already stressful situation. The test was done promptly by a gentle and respectful second person. The result (which was given to me quickly) was positive which was a shock and my first thought was that there must be a mistake and the results were wrong. An hour later I had a test at another clinic and the result was negative.

We had a great experience! Got in immediately, Karen not only checked my injured hand but did a thorough exam of everything that I injured in the fall, including possible dizziness and head injury. Every other employee from front desk to X-ray tech were kind and helpful. Thank you!
