Assisting Hearts Home Care has been nothing short of extraordinary. Trying to navigate the world of Alzheimer's and finding trusting caregivers is not an easy task. From the first to last day of care, Rob and his caregivers have been there to help with a family member with Alzheimer's. Rob has always been available via phone, text or email. The caregivers have all been wonderful, courteous, loving and beyond helpful in times of need. We are very grateful to have found Assisting Hearts and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I used this company for eight years for my mother who lived in Westlake Village. Rob and his team of caregivers were outstanding in every way. My mother had Dementia and was a difficult person and Rob and his caregivers provided care 24 x 7 care for my mother for eight years. She was happy and safe and was able to live in her home until she passed away last month at the age of 101 years old. This company was the absolute best. We will have one of our intake coordinators come to your home and conduct a free, no obligation assessment. We will then, at your direction, identify caregivers who have the skills, personality and availability to assist you. Yes, we only hire experienced caregivers or CNA’s with at least two years’ experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, assisted living facility, or in a home care setting. We also provide all our caregivers ten hours of continuing education classes each year on how to work and care for our clients in their home. We use an electronic system for our caregivers where they must clock in and out using the client’s phone. Yes, we have a comprehensive background check performed on all our caregivers. This includes state, county, and federal district court searches. We also have every caregiver fingerprinted and they are checked through the DOJ and FBI data base back to the time they were 18 years of age. Assisting Hearts Home Care provides companion care and personal care services. Our home care services are designed to help with those activities that seniors need help with to be able to stay at home safely and with dignity.
