This is the about the 1 bedroom apartment. Very small,no not small,very TINY, junky, drawers falling out in kitchen, 1 heat vent under the living room window. Heating bill in the winter was over $200.00. Windows are so old, the wind blows right thru....Don't dare look at where air conditioning unit is kept. OMG..... dangerous to your health. All this lovely stuff comes along for only $753.00 a month. NEED TO BE TURNED IN TO THE BBB AND HOUSING COMMISSION. WISH I HAD PICTURES.....THANK GOD I'M GONE. THESE OTHER REVIEWISTS ARE DELUSIONAL WITH GREAT REVIEWS. MAKE SURE TO READ THE LOWEST 1ST BECAUSE THESE PEOPLE SEE THE TRUTH OF THE DUMP. .....🤬 UNLESS I WAS THE LUCKY ONE TO GET THE S***HOLE.

My boyfriend, our two kids and myself currently live here and it’s horrible and ridiculous. They don’t fix things. They just rig it!! Out of all the workers there’s only one maintenance man named Steve that’s awesome but he’s only one person and can only do so much! These apartments are 30 years old and need to be updated all the way down to the closets, doorknobs, windows, patios, cabinets, appliances, bathrooms, etc! They have the outside of the apartments looking nice and the pool and clubhouse. Hell seems like the grass is cut every day! They have an emergency call line and still don’t come out in the middle of the night! Our air went out last summer for a week and they wouldn’t give us any money off of our rent! The girl that lived here before us was so dirty and they didn’t properly clean it they just calked and painted over everything. I’m still DEEP cleaning from moving in 3 YEARS AGO!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!

Yes and they dna test your dog so if you don't clean up their poop they can match it to your dog and you get fined
We moved out of there and that was one of our top reasons. They said that they were going to repave the parking lots for the last 2 years in a row. Instead they spend MILLIONS to build new buildings and give them brand new garages, driveways, etc, while their tenants cars get damaged. Not to mention the enormous amount of drug dealers in that complex. Not saying that everyone that lives there does it. But our 1yr old daughters room was opposite the bedroom of a tenant next door and every night they would start lighting up and the weed smoke went right into her room. And they had people going in and out of their apartment all night long which woke her up all the time. They had the police called on them dozens of times from us and neighbors. This place is the WORST run complex in the area and they don't care about anything their tenants have concerns over. If anyone reads this...DO NOT CHOOSE TO LIVE THERE. We are so happy to be gone from there!
