We moved out of there and that was one of our top reasons. They said that they were going to repave the parking lots for the last 2 years in a row. Instead they spend MILLIONS to build new buildings and give them brand new garages, driveways, etc, while their tenants cars get damaged. Not to mention the enormous amount of drug dealers in that complex. Not saying that everyone that lives there does it. But our 1yr old daughters room was opposite the bedroom of a tenant next door and every night they would start lighting up and the weed smoke went right into her room. And they had people going in and out of their apartment all night long which woke her up all the time. They had the police called on them dozens of times from us and neighbors. This place is the WORST run complex in the area and they don't care about anything their tenants have concerns over. If anyone reads this...DO NOT CHOOSE TO LIVE THERE. We are so happy to be gone from there!
As a tenant as Chatwell Club Apartments I am definitely feeling the pain in regards to the pot holes. As nice as the buildings and maintenance staff are, the parking lot is a disaster!
Why does no one In management check their emails? I’ve had a complaint for months now and have gone back o the office and no one freakin cares! This place is horrible!!!!

I agree the pot holes were always an issue. I lucked out and they replaced the strip I lived on right after I moved in. I will note I personally didn't have any issues other than the pot holes when I lived there and never noticed anything a about drugs or drug dealers, but the complex is large enough I wouldn't be surprised if this were the case in some buildings. I was in the one bedroom apartments and everyone in the nearby area seemed fine at the time.
