Seals went out patio sliders doors. I called D&w they wont warranty them.We had house built 2002 the contractor who built our house had installed, House full of windows.Icalled c&l ward.They cover their window seal warranty.D and W lied.Moving on.

Do you stand behind your work??? My window in my sunroom is leaking. I have a 10 year guarantee on seals of glass. Build in November 2011. Have not received no phone call back.

don't buy windows from d&w they are JUNK THE SERVICE REALLY REALLY SUCKS AND SCREEN IS SOOO CHEAP BROUGHT NEW WINDOWS SCREENS ARE STILL FLABBING IN THE WIND NOT FIXED NEVER PUT IN RIGHT FROM DAY 1 AND TRY AND HAVE SOMEONE COME
