Do you stand behind your work??? My window in my sunroom is leaking. I have a 10 year guarantee on seals of glass. Build in November 2011. Have not received no phone call back.

Bought a house full of windows from D & W 19 years ago. This last winter I had 3 seals go bad. I called them & they replaced the seals & glass, no problem at all. The whole process took maybe 2 weeks.

I would go see them in person...your asking a public forum here not the business

They wont cover our seals leak.Because our contractors that built the house put them in when house went up 2002.D&w said if they didnt install ,nothing is covered. I found out it's a lie. Have receipt &called attorney, letter going out soon. Not honest ppl.
