I purchased a used motorcycle from Contra Costa Powersports and it had a small but challenging problem that no one was aware of. I made several visits to resolve it. One would assume that I would be complaining, however, the situation was reasonable considering the bike was 2008 and it was a code problem not performance. The bike is awesome. Eric in service worked at it and worked at it until my problem is now resolved. Not only did he address my problem, but I work odd hours and he accommodated me again and again. Always made the prearranged pick up times and no matter what challenge we came across in trying to resolve it he always said "yes". When the code was resolved he had tightened my chain, gassed it up, and installed some fairing screws that were missing. He certainly didn't have any obligation to do that. Ultimately not only do I have my favorite bike I have ever owned in perfect working order, but I feel great about this challenging experience. Eric made my problem, his problem and I am very grateful. I would recommend purchasing from C.C.Powersports but even if you purchased somewhere else. If you need the best service available. See Eric in their service dept. Thank you Eric very much.

To be honest…this was one of the best things experiences I’ve had buying from a dealership. Rob was super easy to deal with, Jun in finance was calm cool and collected, Tiffany in parts was beyond helpful. Tiffany even offered to install my Bluetooth in my helmet for me. Best experience ever. I highly recommend this dealership. I’ll definitely be back in the future.

I was very impressed with Contra Costa Powersports hole team of employees. Thanks again for the 2006 ZX636R motorcycle. I bought the motorcycle as is and found out the following day that the clutch cable needed replacement. I text Rob about my issue and he responded very professionally and ordered me a new cable. What just happened?!??! Is this real? I wake up in the morning and this beast of a bike is staring at me and I smile every morning and I say, "YES IT IS NOT A DREAM, I have a 2022 HAYABUSA and no one has one yet. It is so gorgeous. Thanks to Ian Mcleod and the team this was the most swift motorcycle purchase I've ever had. It happened so fast I thought it was a dream. Hi Ian. Looks like some fellow riders have already replied to your question. At any given time we have 35-40 used bikes in stock. On our website you can see pictures and walk around videos of our current used inventory.

Possibly add new plugs and fuel filter. Air filter might be gummed up as well. Im no professional but this is what i did w/ an old street bike i had that sat for about the same amount of time and it worked.
