My wife and I recently moved back to the East Bay and were in need of a new mattress. We came into Mancinis on Labor Day hoping to find a sale on the same mattress we currently have but unfortunately it wasn't part of the sales advertised. With that said, James Dennis helped us think through our options and helped us find the perfect mattress while meeting our budget. The whole experience took 15 minutes, no BS sales tactics, and we left extremely excited about our new mattress. A huge thank you to James and the team at Mancinis!!

Walked in with an appointment and was not given any real attention. From observation, there was Brandon, the manager, running back and forth between customers doing sales. Other sales rep were just standing by around. We had requested a specific model and was sold something different. Was told we can do a free exchange if we did not like it. After two months of tossing and turning, we had wanted to exchange it for something that would give us better rest. Was given only one model to pick from but for $100 more. We ended up walking out. I would not shop there again. My husband and I had gotten married in June and needed something comfortable but was not given time or attention. I felt like they just wanted our money.

Friendly, easy and stress free. Brandon Clark helped us out and he was excellent. Here is what I appreciated the most about working with Brandon. We had previously gone to Mattress firm who ignored our budget and had us test several mattresses that were 2-3x our budget. Brandon listened and only showed us mattresses that were in our budget. He showed a variety of mattresses and let us test them out without hoovering. He checked in regularly to answer any questions and see if we needed anything. We made our decision on a mattress and we were able to get a deal on some new pillows, buy one get one. The delivery was scheduled for the following day. The delivery was quick and easy. We did have a small issue with the pillows, but after calling Brandon the issue was resolved in less than hour. Overall, you can’t ask for more when shopping for a new mattress. I would definitely recommend Mancini’s Sleepworld.
